Description of the problem	We have contacted parkway ford lincoln in dover, ohio several times regarding the recall on our jeep wrangler for the transmission oil cooler tube. They looked at it on 11/7/2013 and said it needs replaced and they would call us when they got one. I have received 2 more notices and called them after each notice and they still say they do not have it. I am concerned with the safety of my jeep since it needs replaced and they just keep putting me off and saying they cannot get the part. They are saying that they are only able to order 1 every 2 weeks but even if that is the case, this has been going on now for 6 months. I don't know what else i can do to remedy the situation.
