Description of the problem	hi, i'd like you to be aware of the following issue. In december 2012 chrysler sent me a letter citing chrysler safety recall n28 / nhtsa 13v-234 that is concerned with replacement of transmission oil cooler tube. Since 18 december 2013, i've been calling my local chrysler dealer (glenn e. Thomas dodge chrysler jeep in signal hill, ca) and every one of three times i am being told that the dealer has not received any replacement parts from chrysler to accommodate this recall. This is not the matter of shortage but absolute lack of follow-through on behalf of chrysler. If chrysler makes the owners aware that there's a potential safety issue and yet does not supply (nor provide an eta for parts) the major dealership for nearly 3 months, then it makes me quite concerned. What else has the chrysler not followed through on, my brakes, airbag, steering? Thanks for your consideration of this issue.
