Description of the problem	I received a recall notice n28 transmission oil cooler tube from chrysler. I reached out to the dealership to schedule the work on the recall and was told they didn't have the parts and were receiving 1 part every 2 weeks and they had 400 people on a waiting list. I called another dealer and was told a similar story and at best case would be 6 months before they could have a part for me. The recall mentions potential for a transmission issue which could result in increased risk for a crash. I called chrysler as well and all they could tell me was sorry they don't have enough parts. So i am supposed to drive an unsafe vehicle and hope that nothing goes wrong in the 6 months before they maybe have a part? This is unreal that a notice is sent out warning of increased risk and then i am told by chrysler they cant do anything and that they are sorry. Regardless of why, the fact is there are hundreds of unsafe vehicles out there that can not be fixed and notices are being sent out telling the consumer to take them in and get them fixed? Why send the recall notice if you cant fix the problem? What is being done to protect me as a consumer with a vehicle that the manufacturer has told me could be unsafe and now has a higher potential risk for a crash and their only answer is "sorry"?
