| Description of the problem | I received a recall notice on my jeep for a transmission oil cooler tube which can cause loss of transmission fluid and if it comes in contact with an ignition source, cause an underbody fire. I have been to the dealership 2 times now in an attempt to get the fixed. Both times i was told it was a first come first service basis and they had no idea when they could get to this. My option was to leave my vehicle and wait until "i can get to it". This is not an option and is unreasonable for them to assume one can go without a vehicle until they "can get to it". This is a safety issue and apparently chrysler is unable to service their product within a reasonable timeframe. My first attempt was over a month ago. This is not acceptable. I went to the chrysler dealership on veterans blvd in metarie, la. |
