Description of the problem	When adding fuel to the vehicle, after the initial pump shutoff when removing the pump from the fuel inlet, the gasoline come back out under pressure and soaks the operator. This has happened consistently since the initial episode. It makes no difference whether the fuel is pumped slowly or fast. This vehicle has been returned to a dealer for inspection. No immediate cause has been found.
