Description of the problem	Tipm should be recalled. Front wind shield wipers stopped working in a snow storm and now several of the electrical components are acting funny. Could be a serious safety issue - no lights on the dash working. Need to replace the tipm and was told this is very common problem and the part is on back order - total cost $1200 repair
