Description of the problem	While driving, the engine, power steering and power brakes all went out. The first dealership said it was defective battery terminals, the next 2 agreed it was the tipm for the vehicle. When the start/run relay is moved at all, the vehicle shuts down. Dodge/chrysler/jeep have reported the part on backorder and have no estimate as to when it will be available.
