| Description of the problem | Was sleeping and woke up to a popping noise that happened to be my jeep up in flames at approx 4:30 am. Called chrysler they came out n told me it was electrical near the battery. I had no aftermarket electrical to cause this. Chrysler is not doing anything to help me. I lost my jeep. I am at a lose of words, my jeep was my baby... Very disappointed in chrysler and don't know what steps to take for them to help me or rectify the issue. Please help.
