| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 jeep wrangler. The contact stated that the instrument panel cluster failed to work. The contact noticed an intermittent short occurring upon activating the parking lights, fog lights, headlights, and tail lights. There were also no audio controls, the horn would not sound, and the power steering was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who held the vehicle for several weeks and indicated that the instrument cluster was not available. The contact was not given a timeframe as to when the part would become available to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
