Description of the problem	The air bag light on the dashboard just randomly alerts off and on and this was at the same time all the left side panels of the steering wheel stopped working including the horn. If someone is sitting in the passenger side front seat and their distribution of weight shifts the air bag passenger alert system let's you know it's not functioning properly. I was told the problem has something to do with a clockspring and it's air bag wiring under the passenger side front seat to the alert system. I saw on this site where it mentioned a clockspring problem. It does this whether stopped or going. This is continuously an issue now. Please advise how i need to proceed with the recall.
