Description of the problem	Re: nhtsa recall #14v-631, my mirrors, and the defrosting on them as well as my rear window worked fine but i received 2 or 3 recall notices in the mail early 2015. I took my rubicon (wrangler) into a dealership, hawk jeep in forest park, il (chicago) for the safety recall repair. The first time i had to use the defrosters after the repair was a couple of weeks ago when it snowed - nothing works! I used to see the ice/fog defrosting withing 10-15 seconds. Since they did what they did, the side mirror defrosters did not work nor does my rear window defroster. The dealership obviously did some additional damage that may put me and my children at risk of fire or worse. I had no visibility driving at night on the highway. I had to pull off on an exit to a gas station to clear my rear window and spray defroster on my outside mirrors.
