Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep wrangler. The contact stated that while driving over a bump, the vehicle jerked violently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to diagnose the failure but decided to perform a tire rotation, which failed to remedy the problem. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer twice after that where it was diagnosed that the dampner was loose and needed to be replaced.
