Description of the problem	2011jeep wrangler sahara left rear brake has frozen while applied and caused excessive heat and parts damaged on 3 separate ocassions. Entire brake assembly was repaired and replaced with new components after each failure but continues to be a problem. Vehicle is in motion at any speed on any surface to happen.
