| Description of the problem | Front passenger seat belt is defective. Gets stuck when trying to pull it out. Takes a few tries to pull it out. Sometimes it wont unlock. Very serious safety hazard. Jeep is always stationary when trying to use the seatbelt. This has been happening for the past year or two. I paid $700. 00 out of pocket to have a new seat belt installed today at a local mechanic. The seatbelt should be warrantied for life of the vehicle. Jeep chrysler has denied my claim for repair. The seatbelt is a safety issue. Not a luxury item. |
