Description of the problem	Every time i fill up my vehicle, the fuel spits up out of the filler when the nozzle shuts off. There is consistently about 1/4 gallon of fuel on the side of my vehicle and on the ground, at every fill-up. I have been to several different gas stations, and this occurs at every station.
