Description of the problem	December 2013, when temperatures reached freezing and lower, vehicle started overflowing during refueling. This occurred on every refueling occurrence that the gas pump should have shut off once the tank was full. This occurred from december 2013 until march 2014 when i was able to get the vehicle in for maintenance. The vapor canister and leak detection pump filter were replaced. December 2014, temperatures reached freezing and below; vehicle is again overflowing during all refueling when the pump should have shut off on its own. This has occurred at multiple gas stations and is not isolated to one brand of gasoline, fueling station, or state. Once the problem begins it does not stop when temperatures increase above freezing and higher. Obviously there is some kind of defect in this system, but so far jeep/mopar has refused to acknowledge it for 2011 jeep wrangler unlimiteds.
