| Description of the problem | Dealer indicated that clock spring was faulty and needed replacement. Was told that this was not covered under warranty and would cost $500. Research has shown that chrysler extended warranty on 2008 model to 150k miles or 10 years due to faulty clock spring. It does not appear that the design flaw was corrected and i feel that this part should be covered under warranty by chrysler for all model years. |
