Description of the problem | Purchased car in sept 2010, have had intermittent heat and defrost problems since the get go. No heat, heat on one side, luke warm heat, no defroster. Been to the dealer and other mechanics and the problem still persists. This seems to be a known problem to chrysler corp as there was a class action lawsuit regarding casting sand clogging the hvac system. Chrysler refuses to recall theses vehicles and address the problem. The problem persists at start and when the engine is fully warmed up, no discernible change in cabin temp. |
