Description of the problem	Takata recall - plus other items. Jeep refused to fix my jeep without standing recall notices. I made an appointment and had all data verified of the outstanding issues. The dealership called back to confirm mileage. My appointment was today 06/25/2018 at plaza jeep in inverness, fl - i dropped the vehicle off and when i returned to pick it up; only 1 of 6 recalls were addressed. I was told that they need to now order parts that the ones assigned to my vehicle had been used or gone. Call chrysler and they advised that i could come back but parts may not be there. How can i make an appointment and confirm parts and yet they refuse to complete the work. I am told that i may make several appointments to get these done. I need help and cannot afford to keep taking days off and hope they have not used the parts assigned to me.
