Description of the problem	With increasing frequency, my jeep jumps out of first gear while accelerating away from a stop. Even with my hand on the shift lever, holding my vehicle in first gear, it will at times jump out of gear with a violent metal-on-metal collision sound. Several times this has happened when crossing or joining traffic at an intersection, and is very dangerous.
