Description of the problem	Jeep 2010 wrangler unlimited manual transmission pops out of first gear when engaging from stop . The issue is random and thus dealerships and chrsyler represtatives will no help since they say they can't reproduce issue. Vehicle has been taken to several dealerships and i notified chrysler. The issue has been documented in tsb 21-001-10 and has gone back to model yr 2007 and still no permanent solution. I had to show dealership and chrysler tsb before they would even acknowledge issue. Consequences are life threatning. Vehicle was almost t-ed at intersection taking left across several lanes.
