| Description of the problem | My vehicle pops out of first gear intermittently. I've taken it to the dealer twice for repair and have replicated the issue with a service technician in the vehicle but have been repeatedly told that "parts are on order". After further inquiries no parts have been produced nor repair has been completed and the problem still exists. This is a serious safety issue and can result in being rear ended by and unsuspecting driver or being stranded in a lane crossing traffic without the vehicle in gear. |
