Description of the problem	When refueling, the pump handle clicks off at the appropriate time the tank should be full. However when you pull the pump handle out of the filler neck, the fuel continues to flow as if it were not shut off. This overflow causes fuel to spew out of the filler neck on the car and surrounding area.
