Description of the problem	When filling the gas tank, after the pump automatically shuts off, fuel spills from the tank. The fuel spurts out, getting on skin and clothing, and runs down the side of the vehicle, enough to puddle on the ground. This has occurred at the last two consecutive fill-ups for this vehicle. It occurred at two different gas stations. At neither occurrence was the tank being "topped off" when the fuel spillage occurred. The fuel spurting out allows potentially dangerous emissions to be released.
