Description of the problem	My vehicle has an issue with fuel spilling out of the tank and on to the ground each time i fill up. I do not top off the tank nor do i use the fastest setting on the pump to deliver the fuel. It is known issue by the manufacturer and a warranty bulletin has been issued for previous model years. The manufacturer nor the dealerships take responsible action on repairing the safety and environmental issue. They instead ask consumers to front the costs and save receipts in the event a recall is issued in the future for reimbursement. I am writing this hopes that your agency will investigate and issue the recall if necessary so this problem can be fixed.
