Description of the problem	When refueling, when the fuel filler nozzle clicks off, there is a gush of fuel that spouts out of the fuel tank filler neck for a second or two. It has now become consistent, regardless of when or where the vehicle is refueled (at 6000' or 3000', on 75 degree days or 30). This problem did not occur before this past summer, and was intermittent until about this october. It now occurs anytime the filler is allowed to click off. It behaves as if the fuel tank is not venting as fuel is delivered. When the delivery is cut off, the pressure in the tank, increased through introduction of fuel without an equivalent reduction in volume of air, expels the fuel remaining in the filler neck until equalized. This is speculation on my part but plausibly describes the observed behavior.
