Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2010 jeep wrangler. The contact stated that while driving approximately 75 mph the vehicle began to hesitate, yet, it did not stall. Occasionally, the vehicle would stall at lower speeds. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, they did not have the part to repair it. The vehicle was taken to a second dealer who stated that an abs software update needed to be performed and would remedy the failure. The dealer also stated that since the exhaust system was modified the warranty on the vehicle was void. Immediately after the vehicle was repaired, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired.
