Description of the problem	We bought this vehicle almost two years december. After having this vehicle around 7 months with no problems, we took it to king expresslube to have oil changed, in which, the wrong oil filter was put on vehicle resulting in a blown engine. King expresslube pair the entire cost of the engine and the vehicle was taken to north point jeep. Every since engine was replaced, we have had problems with the car not cranking. Vehicle has been towed to the jeep dealership numerous times with them saying, " we can't find anything wrong". Was advised to carry a " hammer" to tap under starter to " see if it will crank" . So it broke down again two weeks ago which they had the vehicle two days and was returned stating they can't find anything wrong! Would not crank again today and they finally found something! Said that it was the tipm, of course that's not covered under warranty and it will cost us 900. 00 to replace part! This has been very tacky business practice since i have read today that chrysler has known this is a faulty part and unwilling to stand behind their vehicles!
