Description of the problem	Vehicle repeatedly jumps out of first gear from a dead stop. Transmission violently shakes the vehicle and jumps the vehicle into neutral leaving the driver with no power in the middle of an intersection. Trailing vehicles are forced to slam on brakes, or swerve to avoid my vehicle with no forward momentum.
