Description of the problem	I have a 2009 jeep wrangler and every time i fill up the gas, it spills out. Chrysler/jeep knows of the "fuel spill back during refueling" danger. Gas splashes out of tank during refueling (apparent check valve manufacturer defect). Also, possible gas spill during roll over. Chrysler issued traffic safety bulletin, dated february 11, 2011, (tsb) # 14-001-11 for extended warranty (lifetime) for jeep wranglers with 3. 8l engine built between march 1, 2007 & march 31, 2008. Gas tanks being replaced. My 2009 jeep wrangler (same engine, exact same defective check valve) also, splashes gas back at you during refueling, but is not included in bulletin, due to my vehicle 'built on' date being too late. Neither gas tank nor check valve had been redesigned to make safe, as of the cut off date in bulletin. Dealer service department states that they see this problem all the time (they call it 'burping').
