Description of the problem	I'm sure you're aware that this is an ongoing problem with jeep wrangler years 2007, 08 and 09 where upon filling up the tank and once it reaches the top, instead of the pump clicking off, fuel (a lot of it) spits out of the tank and all over the bumper and the ground. To chrysler's credit, if you complain, they will reimburse you for the repairs but it is tedious and often times, people can't afford the money up front so chrysler wins by attrition especially since they weren't forced to have a recall. I understand that nhtsa has closed this issue but it is bad. How would you like to have fuel pouring out of your vehicle and onto your shoes, car and the ground, every time you filled up? My next step is to report it to the epa for certainly, fuel spills of this magnitude cannot be legal. If at all possible, can you re-address this for the inevitability is that a 'perfect storm' scenario will occur and while fuel spewing problem is happening, static electricity from the consumer could ignite it or even some careless and unsafe smoker is too close.
