Description of the problem	Vehicle not being repaired in a reasonable manner: received recall notice s43 and s33. I called sunland park dodge, el paso, tx for service. Was informed that parts not available and to call back in approximately 3 weeks. I called approximately 4 weeks later to same facility and was transferred to service department. A representative informed me that one of the recalled parts was not available. I asked if i could order the part and schedule a service appointment. Request was denied. The representative proceeded to try and have me call the national dodge parts dept to inquire when the part would be in. I told him that i would not be willing to spend my personal time (an expense) chasing down a part that he should be able to order. I then asked if he would make that call and get that information to me. He refused to help me and was attempting to end the call. Then i asked to speak with his manger. Around 20 minutes later someone who was not his manager proceeded to give false information saying that they could replace one of the parts and
