Description of the problem	On 4 occasions, my horn and windshield wiper have spontaneously activated. On the most recent occurrence, we were driving at night and the headlights turned off for several seconds. This happened at highway speed but luckily my wife was able to cycle the headlight switch and power returned to the headlights.
