The contact stated that the brake pedal was slow to respond and the slippery road warning light flashed while driving during inclement weather. The contact stated that while driving approximately 20 mph, the brake pedal was applied but failed to respond causing the contact to crash into the rear of another vehicle. The air bags did not deploy and the contact did not sustain any injuries. A police report was filed.
