Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon. The contact stated that the rear passenger seat belts were defective and would remain locked when secured. The front seat belts experienced the exact same failure two years prior. The dealer was aware of the issue and contacted the division manager on the contacts behalf.
