| Description of the problem | My 2008 jeep wrangler 2-door with the 6-speed manual transmission will sometimes not go into 2nd and 1st gear when downshifting. The transmission also pops out of 2nd and 4th gear. Both of these issues are unsafe because of the loss of power to the wheels. If something were to happen while trying to downshift around a turn or something of that nature, the vehicle would not be able to evade a collision. Also, the shifter clicks and feels "notchy" when shifting into 2nd gear, making it difficult. |
