Description of the problem	When fueling the vehicle a large amount of fuel overflows from the fuel receptacle 1-2 seconds after the pump cuts the flow of fuel. This happens every time the vehicle is filled and has occurred using in excess of 50 different fueling stations. Approximately 1 quart of fuel spills down the side of the vehicle and onto the ground. This creates a safety hazard as well as an environmental hazard.
