Description of the problem	While filling up the vehicle with gas, after the gas pump handle shuts off, a portion of gas will flow out of the fill tube. Different positions of the gas pump inserted into fill tube still results in gas pouring out the fill tube. Gas will still pour out of the fill tube even at a very slow fill rate. Different gas stations were used with the same result. There is great concern about the spilled fuel catching fire on the vehicle or a person who this happens to unexpected.
