| Description of the problem | Gas will spill out (splash) from the filler tube because the automatic fuel shutoff feature on gas pumps will not detect fuel fill level until too late. Gas will usually hemorrhage enough to splash out of the tube and run down the side of the vehicle and collect on the bumper. If you stand too close in some cases you might get gas on your clothing. This seems to be a common problem with late model jeep jk models |
