Description of the problem	Driver's side front seat belt latch occasionally does not latch also occasionally will not release without having to open roof pull seat belt slack all the way out and stand up in seat to get out of vehicle. Then have to hit and work with latch approximately 2-3 before it will release. If in an accident not sure if seatbelt latch will hold forces or not let you out of a possible burning car. Also fuel backflows from fill inlet at every fillip if i do not stop it before full.
