Description of the problem	Jeep is possessed. Horn, wipers, wiper washer, a/c, radiator fan, door locks, and lights turn on at random intervals even when vehicle is shut off and no key in ignition. Same behavior occurs while drving. In one case the putting the vehicle in reverse cause the problem.
