Description of the problem	On or around the 15 april 2015 while pulling into a parking lot the horn and the wiper as well as the washer began to randomly go off and even while the vehicle was completely unattended. I had to physically remove the horn connection to keep the horn from sounding at inopportune times and possibly distracting the drivers around me and causing an accident. The wiper to this day still start to randomly move and the washer squirts at any random time. The horn remains unhooked at this time. The tipm module is suspect in this vehicle for repair.
