Description of the problem	Horn stopped working and air bag light illuminating intermittently. I knew i would not pass inspection so i brought it to auto repair shop. They discovered clock spring module defective and $400. 00 to repair. These are two not one simultaneous safety failures (horn and airbag) resulting from defective clock spring.
