| Description of the problem | Received a recall for the clock spring. The horn in our wrangler stopped working had a mechanic diagnosis the problem as the clock spring. Jeep dealership said the part is on back order. Called jeep and they stated to get the vehicle diagnosed by dealership and they can expedite the part called dealership back and they stated they would charge us to diagnose the problem and it would not help get the part. This vehicle is a safety concern and will not pass inspection so the vehicle can be licensed. |
