Description of the problem	I was driving down the road and the horn started blowing and would not stop, the windshield wipers started wiping at high speed, windshield washer fluid was squirting out, and would not stop. I turned the vehicle off and issues kept happening. The gauges and speedometer stopped working at this time. Luckily i was pulling in my driveway.
