Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler. The windshield developed a crack approximately three inches long. The contact stated that the crack has extended across the entire windshield. The dealer stated that they were unable to assist. The current mileage was 15,000 and failure mileage was 14,000. Updated 03/06/08. lj the dealer stated the crack was due to a rock hitting the windshield. The consumer did some research and discovered, the windshield tend to crack due to freezing temperatures. The consumer stated the 2007 models have a window change and the edges are no longer protected with a rubber sealer and thus it seems this may be making the glass excessively fail. Updated
