| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler. The contact was traveling between 50-60 mph over an uneven road surface when the vehicle began to drive as if the suspension was loose. The contact took the vehicle to a personal mechanic and was told that the tires may have needed to be balanced. The tires were balanced and the vehicle was test driven without incident.
