| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler. The contact stated that the vehicle began shaking excessively from front to back when he drove more than 45 mph. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who test drove the vehicle but was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was also taken to a local repair shop where the contact was informed that the steering stabilizer, front and rear shocks were defective. The contact called the manufacturer and filed a complaint. The contact also noted that the headlights did not provide enough coverage so the dealer adjusted them; however, the problem was not corrected. The failure mileage was approximately 26,000. The current mileage was 37,688. |
