Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler. The contact stated that it takes a minimum of four men to remove the hard top (freedom top) from the vehicle. The top leaks when it rains or when the vehicle is washed. Daimler chrysler stated that in order to get the vehicle inspected, the hard top would have to be placed back on the vehicle. While attempting to do so, the top became too heavy and was dropped, resulting in damage to the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection.
