| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler. While driving 35 mph, the steering wheel shook violently after he ran over a bump in the road. The dealer stated that the steering dampner caused the failure and they made the replacement. Approximately six months later the failure occurred again while driving 55 mph. As of march 18, 2008, the dealer had not inspected the vehicle. The failure mileage was 15,000 and current mileage was 26,600.
